Our Return Policy allows for returns within 10 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. As we do not compensate for extra expenses.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you notice any damages, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the issue.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
